Dog Tag Style Medical IDs are great for individuals who can not or prefer not to wear wristbands. Our Dog Tag
style Medical IDs are sized similar to traditional dog tags, however they are made of rugged silicone. They also feature raised
text and caduceus symbol in a contrasting silicone
colour. Text and symbol are on both sides to make it easier for first responders
to recognize. Comes with 27 inch Nickle-plated chain. Made of 100% high quality silicone.
